Dr. Sherry Wright-Gully is a prolific playwright, director, and producer whose theatrical journey began with the premiere of her debut play, Single Wives, in 2003. Since then, she has captivated audiences with a compelling body of work, including Dancing on the Edge, Unpleasant Excitement, The Color of Rain, STILL, and two poignant short films, Matters of the Heart and Wear Black. Her acclaimed piece Circle of Influence was selected for a staged reading by the prestigious Atlanta Black Theatre Festival in Georgia—an honor that reflects her powerful storytelling and cultural resonance.

Beyond the stage, Dr. Wright-Gully continues to amplify her creative voice as the host of the cable talk show Seeds for You, where she engages viewers in thought-provoking conversations that inspire, uplift, and inform.​
